Most orders ship within one business day, though processing may take up to three business days during peak times.
Once your order is placed, our team will determine the best shipping location. You’ll receive a tracking number from one of the following carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, Canpar, or DHL.
If your order ships from Amazon, you’ll receive an Amazon tracking number within 1–2 days.

Free shipping is available on orders over $125 USD before tax in the United States and Canada.
Orders shipping to Zone 2 locations are excluded from free shipping and will be charged standard rates.

Oversized items do not qualify for free shipping. Any item over 30 pounds will be charged $15 USD Flate Rate.

All orders are shipped in unbranded boxes. If you have special instructions, include them in the order notes at checkout.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Canada & USA
Most orders ship same day or within 24 hours (excluding holidays and weekends).
Average transit time is 3–5 business days.
Amazon-fulfilled orders may also arrive on weekends.
International
International orders ship via UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, or DHL.
Most shipments arrive within 8 business days, though some may take up to 14 days.

Special Order Items (SOI)
Special-order nutrients are shipped from Canada and may require up to 10 business days of handling time, plus 7–14 days for shipping.
Regular nutrient shipments may take up to 8 business days once shipped.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Liquid nutrients can freeze in cold temperatures. During the winter months, we use express methods to reduce the risk of freezing. Some couriers may hold shipments until Monday to prevent packages from sitting in unheated warehouses over the weekend.
If your nutrients arrive frozen, you can safely restore them:

Let the bottle thaw at room temperature.

If solids remain after 24 hours, gently warm the bottle in a pot of warm water while mixing until fully dissolved.

Alternatively, mix equal parts RO water and hot water with your nutrients to dissolve solids, and double your dose when feeding if using this method.
If you’re not comfortable restoring frozen nutrients, reach out to us for support.
Occasionally, our online inventory may be inaccurate. If an item is out of stock and we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss cancellation or restocking options.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we cannot economically ship. If this occurs, you’ll receive a full refund and a notification.
