Return Policy

At Cronk Nutrients, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the guidelines below.

Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Products may be opened or partially used, but any remaining nutrients must be returned. A proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon delivery.

Please note: we cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Special order units

  • Merchandise

  • Any non-Cronk Nutrients products

  • Special-order nutrients in 20L, 208L, or 1,000L sizes

  • Gift cards

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the quickest method is to return the item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

 


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must be in the same condition they were received—unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Replacement Process

Once the issue is verified, we will process a replacement order for you. A new tracking number will be issued once the replacement ships.
