Mixing Instructions

1

Start with Clean Water

Use room temperature water (18-22°C / 65-72°F) in a clean container.

2

Add Base Nutrient First

During veg (weeks 2-4), add Bonnie and stir thoroughly. During flower (weeks 5-10), add Clyde and stir thoroughly. Never use both together.

3

Add CalMag Second

After base nutrient is mixed, add CalMag and stir thoroughly. If using RO water, you may add CalMag first.

4

Check pH & EC

Target pH: 5.8-6.3 (hydro/coco) or 6.2-6.5 (soil). Target EC: See chart above for weekly ranges.

5

Apply to Plants

Water until 10-20% runoff in drain-to-waste systems. Feed 1-2 times per week depending on plant needs.

Bonnie & Clyde Pro Tips

  • Transition timing: Switch from Bonnie to Clyde when you first see pre-flowers (usually around week 4-5)
  • CalMag is essential: Autoflowers are heavy CalMag feeders - don't skip this supplement
  • Coco growers: Feed with every watering at lower strength rather than higher strength less frequently
  • Final flush: Flush with plain pH'd water during the last week for better taste and quality
  • Storage: Store bottles in a cool, dark place and shake well before each use

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions

What makes the Bonnie & Clyde Autoflower Line different from other nutrients?

Bonnie & Clyde are precision-formulated nutrients for autoflowers, giving balanced nutrition for both fast growth (Bonnie) and strong flower production (Clyde). They're clean, easy to use, and designed for the full autoflower lifecycle.

Can I use Bonnie & Clyde on photoperiod plants too?

Yes. While optimized for autoflowers, Bonnie & Clyde can be used on photoperiod plants with minor feed adjustments. They deliver consistent results across soil, coco, and hydro systems.

How often should I feed my autoflowers with Bonnie & Clyde?

Feed every watering or every other watering depending on your medium. Autoflowers prefer light, consistent feedingsrather than heavy doses. Always follow the Cronk Nutrients feeding chart for best results.

Do I need supplements with Bonnie & Clyde?

For best results, use CalMag with Bonnie during vegetative growth and with Clyde during flowering. This supports strong structure and bud development. Optional boosters like Sweetness or Silica Boost enhance flavor and plant strength.

Are Bonnie & Clyde organic or synthetic?

They're synthetic mineral nutrients built for fast uptake and precision feeding, perfect for the short life cycle of autoflowers. For an organic option, see our PuurOrganics Line.

When do I switch from Bonnie to Clyde?

Switch to Clyde (bloom) when your plants show pre-flowers, typically around week 3–5. Bonnie drives early root and leaf growth; Clyde fuels buds and resin production.

Can I use Bonnie & Clyde in soil, coco, or hydroponics?

Yes. The Bonnie & Clyde Line works in soil, coco, and hydro, delivering consistent results with proper pH and EC management.

What is the shelf life of Bonnie & Clyde nutrients?

Bonnie & Clyde have a 3–5 year shelf life when stored in a cool, dark place with lids tightly sealed. As synthetic fertilizers, they stay stable and effective long-term. Avoid freezing or high heat for best preservation.
