We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee at Cronk Nutrients Inc. Unfortunately, we can't give you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your order.
To finalize your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
When we receive your return and inspect it, we'll send you an email to let you know that we've received your item. We'll also tell you whether your refund was granted or refused.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period of days.

You'll be responsible for your own shipping charges if you decide to return your item. The costs of shipping are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your payment, unless you pay for the delivery yourself.
If you're shipping something worth more than $75, we recommend using a trackable delivery service or getting insurance coverage. We don't promise that we'll receive your returned item.
